Coaching and Mentoring

Supporting individuals to work towards personal development goals and contend with on-the-job priorities through regular coaching sessions.

Innovation culture lives and breathes at the level of the individual. We work with managers to identify on-going support needs of teams and individuals, as well as the best way of addressing them. We typically provide regular coaching and feedback sessions, but also offer connections to a network of expert coaches, facilitation of internal peer learning networks and introductions to long-term career mentors for individuals.

Working with business leaders to configure innovation architecture for success — from development of the vision, right down to the nitty-gritty of job descriptions.

Aligning innovation capability to broader business strategy is a complex challenge that needs time and attention, beyond the cut and thrust of delivery. We work closely with business leaders to define the purpose of innovation teams and the roles they play in the organisation’s activities.
